MODSCAPE, a leading modular and prefab home builder, faced an operational logjam: moving bulky heavy roofing materials from inside their warehouse facility out onto the active building site.
The transition from smooth factory concrete to uneven outdoor terrain required equipment that is robust, highly stable and exceptionally easy to maneuver under extreme weight. They needed a heavy duty, mobile solution that could handle massive weight capcities without comprimising on worker safety or mobility.
We engineered and fabricated a custom 18 – Arm Heavy Duty Cutting & Material Trolley specifically tailored to their warehouse workflow.
Designed with an 18-arm configuration to securly hold and organise up to 1-tonne of raw roofing materials
Equipped the trolley with large, heavy -duty 8″ Cast Iron industrial casters to ensure smooth rolling over varied surfaces.
While the standard material weight sits around 1 tonne, we rated the steel frame gauge to address the material load and the caster brake system to 1.4 tonnes to provide a safety buffer during transit across outdoor terrain.
By delivering a rock solid , over engineered solution, Profab47 helped Modscape streamline their material handling, reduce material transit times, and significatly improve workshop floor safety.
